There different funded scholarships in this international masters Scholarship. I will guide you and show the overview of the scholarships available for international MSc students.
The scholarship programmes offered by Wageningen University (ABF, ASP, Excellence) are for master’s students who are not currently enrolled in the University. Note that Wageningen University does not offer scholarship programmes for students who are currently enrolled at Wageningen University.
Also important to know, is that the the Wageningen University Scholarship programmes are for the master’s students for september start intakes only.

The Africa Scholarship Programme is desinged to attrqct Africa scholars to srudy in one of the best Universities in the world.
The Africa Scholarship Programme (ASP) offers talented and motivated students from Africa the unique opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree at Wageningen University and to support capacity building in Africa.

Travel to and from The Netherlands for and after studies
Living allowance for the duration of the scholarship programme which is 24 months
Tuition fee coverage for the duration of the programme (24 months)
Visa costs and costs for health insurance
Requirements To apply for the Wageningen Scholarships
To apply for the Wageningen University Scholarship the prospective students must meet the follpwijg requirements
Students must be citizen of African countries
Students must have submitted a complete application for one of the master’s programmes of Wageningen University & Research before the given deadline.
Students must be unconditionally admitted to this MSc programme.
As a a prospective students, you are an excellent student with a First class honours degree and a GPA of 80% or higher in a bachelor’s degree.
Note importantly that, preference is given to students who have not obtained a master’s degree ever before. So if you already have a master’s degree obtained elsewhere, you are very much qualified to apply and be considered
So to be considered for the scholarship award understand that only if you meet all of the above mentioned requirements you could be eligible for an invitation to the Africa Scholarship Programme selection procedure.
Wageningen University Scholarship application deadline
Note important deadline date so that you should be able to apply for the stipulated deadline, from February. All students applications for masters that have been submitted before this deadline will be assessed by the selection committee.
If you are asking yourself whether you can apply for this scholarship due to some doubt like having had a masters degree before or having a grade less than first class or other things that you are not sure of, I will advise you to go ahead to apply for the scholarship, even though emphasis is fresh students who have never had masters, you are still very much qualifiedto apply. And also for not having a first degree in your bachelor’s degree, go ahead to apply if your grade point is strong?
For this scholarship, the scholarship selection committee will coordinate the selection and will inform the invited students applicants about the next steps in the selection, be on the look out to quickly attend and complete the bext steps for a better chances of winnig the scholarship. Note that on 1 April, students selected by the selection committee who are eligible for the Wageningen University Scholarship will be notified by email.
From this selection, a number of students will be chosen by lot with references to their applicationstrengths; they will either be offered the scholarship or be placed on the waiting list, both are good for students.
However, If you do not receive an email on 1 April, that would mean that you are no longer in consideration for the Wageningen University Scholarships.
On 7 May, the result of the selection process will be communicated to all invited candidates. And successful students will move to start their academic journey at the Wageningen University.
