The 4 phases of the Mountaintop Social Impact Executive Fellowship
The 1st phase.
What happens in this 1st phase. This is the preparation phase where the fellowship journeys begins for prospective Mountaintop fellows.
The 1st phase begins with online preparation. This online preparation takes place between February to June unless altered by the fellowship organisers.
This phase will include fellowship participants preparing for their journey to Fellowship hosting countries by working with the Mountaintop to obtain their visas, design leadership growth plans for the fellows and join and participate in online sessions. There are several topics for these online sessions which may include foundations of adaptive leadership, systems change, relationship building and so many more that may be added
The 2nd phase.
This 2nd phase is where fellows would be physically present in the fellowship leadership venue. This phase of the fellowship would take place between in July unless changed. This phase usually takes place for 2 weeks
This phase of the fellowship is usually the hot spot for the program because there will be a lot of sessions which I have explained below.
The phase 2 of the Mountaintop Social Impact Executive Fellowship program is focused on adaptive leadership, systematic thinking that strengthens negotiation, decision making and strategies skills.
The fellowship events will include dialogues on impact social issues and workshops, learnings, evaluations strategies building and story telling and visit to historic places and world educational centres.

The 3rd phase of the Mountaintop Social Impact Executive Fellowship.
This phase of the fellowship is focused majorly on mentorship and virtual

The 4th phase of the Mountaintop Social Impact Executive Fellowship
